COVID-19 UPDATE

Taking care of our customers and our employees is always important at the Flower Patch. With the recent events in mind, we are taking steps to keep you and our employees safe. We believe that flowers are the perfect way to spread happiness and positive emotions, so our fleet of vans will still be on the road delivering and our stores are open for business. We are happy to help with any of your floral needs.

We have made the following changes to our delivery and in store experience.

In our Stores: In conjunction with local recommendations we are taking additional cleaning measures to make sure all frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day. We are also asking our employees to use the social distancing guidelines given by the CDC.

Phone and website orders: If you wish to limit personal interaction our call center is ready to help you with all orders from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 7 pm on Saturday. You can also order 24/7 at our website www.flowerpatch.com.

Out for delivery: Delivery drivers will also be practicing the social distancing guidelines. We will no longer be requiring a signature at time of delivery. We will simply have the driver ask the name of the person accepting the delivery which will be added to their delivery sheet. Upon request we can also leave your delivery on the doorstep so there can be no person interaction. The driver will call the recipient upon arrival and let them know that the delivery has arrived.

We are sympathetic to the impact COVID-19 is having on everyone. Our management team will continue to monitor the situation and will continually make changes to keep our customers and our employees safe.
